I am not aware of all their assets. Only one part of it, caught my attention and interest.

So far the bid is at $1.8 million. I actually don't think that's too bad for the brand. It hasn't been gone all that long and could probably be salvaged into something profitable - at least to the point where you could make and exceed your 1.8 mill.

Looks like 1.8 offer includes them taking on some of the old debt as well, question is how much debt.

Yeah, the bonus domains they are throwing in are just shit. That's nothing more than TMZ just sensationalizing the least important factor in the deal (I know, TMZ sensationalizing... SHOCKING).

Yeah, the debt is a huge factor, but anybody that takes on somebody else's debt can usually get it drastically reduced before hand in put in writing. The people GGW owes would rather get something (promised) than nothing at all.

Francis declared his GGW *empire* bankrupt to avoid paying out the $7.5m lawsuit Wynn won against him. Wynn offers $1.8m and if he gets GGW, does he recoup over time what the court says he's owed or does he merely win a pyrrhic victory?
