I wish those ecigs were banned. They are so annoying to have people inside bars and restaurants smoking. Theyre still blowing chemicals around.
My roommate smoked them in the house and the whole house smelled like chemicals

Government will always dictate how you live.

Not smoking in a car with a kid is common sense. Shame the gov had to step in though.

They are bringing in laws that say we all have to have middle class values - That sounds great - One major problem - The middle classes wont clean your streets.....

They need to legislate because people are fucking stupid. It's not about middle class values, it's about not being a spastic values. If people are so stupid they smoke in a car with kids in, then I agree, that should be legislated against. Just like seat belts, making phone calls, drunk driving etc.

If we weren't so stupid, then there would be no need for any of the above laws. But we are. So there is.
