3rd Party Processors Please Communicate With Us
Well lately alot of 3rd party processors are having some problems and the #1 thing that drives me crazy more than anything is how we don't find out about anything. Webmasters want to be notified of everything good or bad. You notify us of downtimes, improvements etc., why can't you notified when we won't be paid etc? If you can't pay us on payday please just let us know because that is a hell of alot better than finding out when checking your account everyday after payday wondering where your money is then finding out it is going to be a week late. Lately things are better and I am not going to say who is good and who is bad all I want to say is please all 3rd party processors please let us know everything and don't ever keep us in the dark.

The only company you will get this customer support from is Epoch and then only if you talk to Amparo. She reply's to all my questions within the hour i can also contact Amparo 24/7 on her cell. I try not to call her unless its an emergency but its great to know that there is always someone you can count on where money is concerned ?

I get awesome support from CCBill, I can call them anytime and can get questions answered etc. I think that is a must with any processor. I just wanted to suggest to all processors though to don't keep us in the dark with anything and let us know of anything related to payments, visa/mastercard etc.
