Is there still any good pay TGPs to submit to? I see gallery traffic service (GTS) is down...

GTS, wow, I had totally forgotten about them. I remember they used to do a lot of business selling traffic back in the day.

Don't listen to this watermelon eating mongoloid. Chameleon is the best out there for mas submitting and creating duplicate galleries that will get you some great backlink traffic.

The only portion he is right about is the better quality sites like TheHun, PK, etc... Submit to them by hand.
