Most webmasters may know or guess this, but the guy explained this really well for wider audience. He forgot to say 3rd world countries can use proxies to look like US,CA,AU,UK too :)

The majority of the Internet is some sort of scam. Anyone that wants to make money has to do it the old fashioned way. That means rolling up their sleeves, leaving the comfort of their house and wearing out their shoes by pouding the pavement. ie: Get off the ass and do some real physical work. |
