Hi

Is the an EMail list building script that can be used for adult on multiple sites and can segment users by country?

I do not mind if I have to host the script, but would like to target certain countries when sending the newsletters.

Just add maxmind api to detects location of users when signup to newsletter and you will have country of your users.

Any newsletter script will work well.
