Great question.
Most of the profit comes from visitors clicking on videos.
I get paid for every visitor that clicks on a video by the site I'm referring it to.
And of curse you have popups & ads (now removed).
The best month I had I earned 1350 USD.

that's the factor (6-12 months average income) which determines the price actually.
