The customer is always right - Even if they want comic sans...

How you know if your Web Designer is happy - 'Why Haven't You Added A Link?' - Please God No...

That's the old way of thinking.

Nowadays we always say - "The customer is not always right...but their final say should be adhered to."

Unless an element was integral to their 'vision' and 'concept' - as a designer I would do everything I could to talk them out of a bad design choice - including comic sans.

Happens a lot but if the client is happy.. Who am I to judge :)

clients from hell:

Client: That web form you did looks good but the ?Name? field needs to be required.

Me: It is required. You can?t submit the form without inputting your name.

Client: I think you need to look at your coding. I added a name earlier and the form still went through.

Me: Yes - as long as there?s a value in there, the form will submit. What?s the issue?

Client: My name is Colin, but when I put my name as Bob, the form still submitted.
