Yes - It's another gay thread - I try to mix it up between the gay, biz and 'other' - I am sure I don't get the balance right all/most of the time but please allow me this one...
This is one of the best speeches I have heard about homophobia and what it is - I can relate to so much of it - Especially the parts about homophobia in the gay community - I am a terrible homophobe, I will try harder to not be after hearing this though...

I'm not a fan of words like "homophobia" and "hate speech", but it was a very good speech :)
The Catholic church remains the biggest oppressor in Ireland, and probably influences a lot of people's perceptions of gay men.
