GL-1 vs GL-2
 

anyone have any experience? comments? suggestions?

need highest quality possible, with potential to go to dvd, not just web

I have the GL2 excellent qulaity but honestly both are very good. IMHO GL1 is just as good in qulaity for both DVD and webwork, just less expensive.

I have both camera's and the best new feature is on the GL-2 you can adjust the audio levels !

they both suck compared to the Sony VX2000's 1/3" CCDS, especially in low light.
