Web Air, my sites are not working
 

Nor is your support desk. I cannot use your Live Chat or Telephone Service because I have a virtual account. Posting here was my only option.

Last Webair issue took from Thursday January 30th 2014 06:24:48 PM to Friday January 31st 2014 07:50:02 PM.

Asked for an explanation about 2 different accounts having problems. Still no answer.

They also made changes to Email that fucked up every customer of mine (all separate Webair accounts) and all of my accounts as well with no explanation let alone a message on their site or an auto respond email ticket.

4 customers this week were so fed up I have been moving their sites. 1 day I will learns and start moving mine.

I just called sales. Who pushed me through to technical. Who resolved the issue.
