Finally, after 64 days, the Redpass funding was done, quote from my partner:

"I got the $20k in my redpass account just now"

wtf? you don't talk everyday? that's a lot of money

In the other thread xkrainer said was waiting $30k, hopefully the funding is being made for everyone now, whatever the reason they delayed 2 months.

not much of a solution for paying affiliates if they take that long to fund (or take any unpredictable amount of time to fund)

I got some of my money (small amounts, back up processor) but i had to mail them again because of some payments inbetween the others they simply are not sending for whatever reason.
I expect them to stop paying completely anytime soon now.
I for sure am in the process of removing them as i type this.

Michael O seems to be missing in action. Leaving another sinking ship.

I waited 15 days, too bad as i really like their interface and all...

People stopping to use their stuff will not help them having funds to pay out who waits.
The issue I see, it is not just the delays, but that they gave no any explanation to why they holded the money 64 days. And no one from their staff replied in GFY, notably Michael O is gone. This silence it is more scary than the delays itself.
I am sorry because I used Zombaio and Redpass happily (esp. when Zombaio was 4% fee only for first years), said good things about them always, and now they're stealth.

OMFG why would you EVER trust them with anything but pocket change?

Competent, reliable, punctual - these are NOT qualities associated with Zombaio. The only reason to use Zombaio is if you are too broke to use anything else. And even then your first 1k should be spent getting a real processor.

CCbill fees are standard. I don't use 3rd party much since I got my own direct merchant accounts but when I started I used CCbill, and Epoch, and Segpay, and Zombaio.

The first 3 all cost about the same but Zombaio tries to compete on price both entry price and ongoing in order to snap up the low hanging fruit of brokeasses who don't have any options and can just suck it if they don't want to deal with the bullshit.

If you are at a point in your business where a few percentage points are going to make a huge difference then it's definitely time to go private merchant account and Netbilling can take care of all the complicated stuff and make it happen.

It might seem like a big investment but when you are the one who decides:
What cards to accept, what countries to do business in, how many times to attempt a rebill and who to blacklist your gross income can as much double compared to when someone else is calling those shots who doesn't care really if you EVER make a sale and who's only interest is in avoiding potential disputes.

Clearly there is a relationship between transaction volume and transaction quality which is, for the most part inversely proportionate however, at some point you have to put your big-boy pants on and decide where you want to be in that equation.
