Anyone knows a good replacement? I'm getting ready to pull out..

NATS is a good replacement for CCBill tools + you will get support that answers you in a timely manner.

Additionally, if you are on CCBill for billing, you can utilize our CCBill Paid Program integration which allows NATS to do the tracking and CCBill to still handle the payouts.

The advantage here is that you will get a much cleaner and easier to use interface for your affiliates, fast loading and detailed reporting along with the use of any of our default adtools. You can also add in your own custom adtools if you'd like that are not on the list above.

Shame, because CCBtools works great and we've had very few problems. Just a shame its not been pushed further.
