Things Imlive reps/owners need to know about their "support"
At the moment I have maybe 9 different models registered at Imlive.com and their combined minutes for all models for the last 1+ year is ZERO
Why? The Imlive model approval procedure takes weeks. Do not get me wrong, the compliance department is not lazy, photos get reviewed in hours, the only problem is crystal clear scans and photos of legit documents get rejected over and over and over and over and over and over again with NO explanation. Some documents can be uploaded but they only accept a 1990s standard of 250kb and some can be only taken with a webcam using their 1990-s software that does not let you preview more than a say 150x150 thumbnail of what you just sent them. Ok no big deal, at first I thought they are very very strict and I will ask models again, but the problem is after say 10 times the models think I am pulling their leg. Studio models talk to each other and begin to "group hate" Imlive. Then things that were previously approved (after a few tries) are now, suddenly, not approved and have to be sent again?!? :1orglaugh Ok, I will ask support for what we are doing wrong :1orglaugh but you simply can not get an answer to your specific question but a long ass e-mail that can be summed up in a few words "do it again" Ok, I will e-mail support and explain to them the extent of the problem and offer super high resolution photos by e-mail, lets do business and make money :1orglaugh I get my account suspended and investigated for "lack of activity" :1orglaugh how rude to close somebody's account that he bust his balls opening because the documents got rejected over and over and over and over and over again. An e-mail would have been nice :2 cents: Ok, I will e-mail the compliance department that is in charge of these "investigations" and explain how I have numerous models who refuse to do one single minute because by the time they do get approved they are making bank on other sites and will not even split cam Imlive because of how they got treated. And to my surprise they re-instated my account but did nothing about my problem. Ok, Ill ask again, I will ask my models really nicely to try again :1orglaugh today I get rejected for the i-do-not-know-how-many-eth-time BUT get a gem of an answer: "Sub host needs to send an admin Picture holding a piece of paper next to her face with the current date handwritten on it. Her hands must be seen holding it" :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh these guys are taking a piss :1orglaugh:1orglaugh As things stand today, not a single of my models is willing to log in and send documents again. There is nothing I can do to persuade them that Imlive does not have something personal against them. It is impossible that the documents did not meet standards or that I do not know how to take a picture I have been a webmaster for most of my life. Onwers of Imlive or people who know them: you are losing money. I understand you want to cover yourselves legally and that sometimes people make mistakes. But this is something completely different. On average I had to repeat 10x per model. Zero minutes from 9 models in the last maybe 2 years paints a very clear picture. Nothing personal against your site, you seem to have decent traffic, but I find it impossible to do business with you. I have girls on page 1 of SM and MFC and no complaints or bullshit just business. No other site rejects me ever. I do not know what to do other than hope you read this and maybe allow uploads of documents? I have offered your support department super high resolution photos done from my DSLR crystal clear super sharp perfection I will even make HD video, but they give me the same copy paste job "do it again". The only thing I can not do is ask models to "do it again". No chance of this. This is how serious of a problem you have, not because some small studio has angry girls but because this is costing you $$$ the girls will make money elsewhere and not on your site. I have no wish to ever put another model though this, its just bad for business and I do not see a point honestly, if things remain like they are. It would be fine if the harassment was limited just to me and I could upload stuff over and over and over and over and over again but your support does not understand models at all. And before you start thinking "it must be something he did" let me remind you 9 models in almost 2 years and 0 minutes on your site. 7 approved 2 are in process...not one minute... All the best to you in any case and I hope you sort this out... |

Just wanted to add that those ID verification it can be frustrating for cam site side too (and payoneer/paxum etc.). Admins can get paranoid after receive unreadable pics of IDs, or she looks like another girl (change hair, with/without makeup), or there is scratch or light reflex over birth date; strange formats TIFF,BMP, or 10kb small thumb, selfie's with cell in the dark. Wrong/missing contacts so we can't get back to them, until they write some offense for the delay. |
