Possible Sexual Predator

Ok so a model contacted me recently that asked me about some guy named Ray who was a recruiter of ours. Well we don't have a guy named Ray who is a recruiter. To make a long story short, this guy took nude photos of the model and is using our name to solicit girls into doing these nude shoots and potentially more. I was able to get his name, address, and phone number, but who do I report him to? The police in the area?

what did he do wrong? he did not pay the models? what are you reporting him for? for doing porn shoots?

SNRProductions 01-31-2014 11:41 PM

Misrepresentation I suppose. Model is now scared what he's going to do with the images. She didn't get paid. I don't want some asshat giving us a bad rep.

Does the model have clear evidence of the misrepresentation in the form of SMS/text messages, emails, voice messages, agreements signed, job postings? If yes, than ABSOLUTELY yes you and the model need to report this guy immediately to authorities.

You can sort out jurisdiction later. For now, I suggest she file a report with her local police, and be sure she provides your contact details to them. Next is to report it to the police where the modeling actually took place.

Keep in mind whatever information is shared with police becomes public record. Good luck!
