Who's your favorite low-budget B-Movie action hero?

Mine is definitely Olivier Gruner. His movies are a little obscure in the USA, but most major video rental places have them. If you want to see a remorseless ass-kicking machine, Olivier is your man. Go rent "Mars" or "Automatic".

The weird thing is, he's French. If France had more Oliviers, they would have already taken care of Saddam and sent us his head as a gift.

I love the Toxic Avenger :thumbsup

That's a movie, though, not really an action hero. Who's your favorite B-Movie action hero? I don't think Mitch Cohen qualifies :)

Bruce Campbell, Yup has to be Bruce, not a true "action hero" done a few though, and opps since he happened to be in spiderman that could make it non low budget, but cmon check his credits.

OK, I should have seen all the Bruce Campbell ones coming :)

Bruce is the man, no doubt. The problem is, his films are so successful and so good that I can't really think of him as a "B" actor. I mean, he has been in some shitty ones, but what actor hasn't? If we're looking for "Overall Cool Guy", Bruce wins, but I don't think he has the raw ass-stomping power of an Olivier Gruner :)
