Of your list I used Host Gator and Certified. If you're doing low cost shared hosting I'd go with Host Gator. My blogs on Certified would always lock me out if I made too many changes within a short amount of time. The Certified techs were great and prompt but could never solve this issue.

Totally depends on what u need. But from the list above id go for hostgator. But only if u want to take shared hosting.

Using VPS with HostGator -- decent. Have had numerous shared accounts before.

Their online chat support used to be much quicker, but lately it's like a 30 minute wait whenever I need to ask question.

Been using CertifiedHosting . com since 2011, they are really good, had no problems with them.

I have a number of sites running on hostgator with no complaints. Their tech team is pretty responsive and with 24/7 chat you can get changes done to the server in no time. Never tried their ticketing system only chat when I have a problem or need PHP updated etc.

I can set up a vps with zpanel and all services on digitalocean. ill do it for 15bucks, ppal. hit me on services at nakedisland.com

Hostgator was very good tech support. When I switched all my sites over to hosted tubes, they even gave me a refund with the 45 days with no problems.

Give them a try, if they don't work out, at least you can get your money back with their guarantee.
