I normally use 'whatthefont' - For some reason it got confused on this one - Sorry...

it's kerning that confuses it, the letters have to be separated and in this case parts of the letters have to be redrawn

the closest match is Oksana Text Narrow Bold Italic

Actually, you were spot on... kerning correctly it is perfect match.

Some letters are different, the S in particular stands out as an easy one to spot the differences. It's damn close though.
