They accidentally messed up one of my advertisements and forgot to activate it. When I brought it to their attention, they extended the time on the advertisement by many weeks, offered me a higher advertisement package and sent out a global message that brought in a few decent clients.

Most companies would have just restarted the campaign and said sorry: they didn't.

Advertising there is money well spent. :2 cents:
