I'm selling a network of 250 domains, all of them up to 6 years old. Registration dates are 2008-2012. The domains are mostly .COM, .NET and .ORG, and developed on highly converting keywords. Websites with the content are included. All of the websites are built on a custom CMS, especially designed on the idea to create a link funnel (all of the websites, including their pages, are interlinked using a special method to boost the rankings in search engines, by avoiding reciprocal links, and this has been proven as successful for years).

All of the websites have content and backlinks. Web hosting on separate IPs is included. This means no work around transfers - a dedicated box will be transferred to you.

All of the sites are indexed for years. All of this took years to set up. Since the websites have 100% of traffic from Search Engines (some really good SERPS there, you may check out the conversion ratios), the network has income in affiliate sales of over $20,000 a year (2013). The income is 100% passive and you don't need to spend any time to work on the current websites (except expanding the network), nor to add any external links (it could be of great help, though).

What I forgot to mention is the following: there's a yearly fee for those domains, and it is around $2500/yr (Namecheap). The dedicated box is $129/mo (around $1500/yr). That's $4000 in expense. $20k-$4k which makes it $16,000 of net income per year. And no need to mention that this network is successfully existing for years.

I don't know what is the average price for selling adult websites, but it was around 10-12 months of income. Doesn't not necessarily have to be, now. Anyway, hit me up - I'm open to offers.

I do. Just to let you know, all the websites are free sites, that were built using free content, and they are promoting those programs and this is their main purpose, so I suppose they will be a great fit for affiliate marketers.

Awstats are available, but there's no way to look stats for all the websites altogether. You will have to browse thru each domain separately. Only way to show grouped stats at this point is Nifty Stats. I deliberately avoided Google Analytics for obvious reasons. :)

If the accounts can't be transfered I assume that the $20k in 2013 includes rebills all over the line = the actual amount the sites will be making with new accounts per year can very well be much much less

Yep, most networks that come up for sale (I have bought a few) have been slapped by google updates and traffic is in freefall. There is literally no other reason to sell.
