I recently acquired an old domain that has word "sexy" in his composition. Question is, could I use it for SFW (non-adult) business, but on babe niche (lingerie, bikinis, celeb)? Or the other big websites don't want to trade traffic with websites that has "sexy" word in them?

yea, I dont see a reason why not.

if you have relevant users and enough traffic, no one should raise any objections to working with you. it's all about the quality and abundance of traffic.
