A few weeks ago I created a thread outing a shady asshole who is ripping off unsuspecting surfers, offering them FREE memebrhsip and then banging their cards for $165

How does one find out the company that processes for these type of sites? Are they foreign processors? I have a hard time believing a US based processor would allow this if they knew it was going on.
