Sales appearing and disappearing
 

Had some sales "appear" and now "disappear".... Not sure if I should name the affiliate yet, but I'm kinda disappointed....

Chargebacks and refunds = disappearing sales

Yeah like sicone said, that normally happens when you have a chargeback or refund.

Sorry I was on my phone when I initially posted, but it was a PPL sale, and about 20 minutes after it disappeared, it reappeared. I think there are issues with the stats on the site, but that happens often. They aren't updated live, but every few hours or so. All is well now I guess.

They haven't made up their mind whether to shave you or not on this one... ?

Go with your gut and track things monthly using a spreadsheet based on your count of uniques out versus revenue. The more data you get the more you see anomalies and the better you can maximize. :)

SUGGESTION: More transparency to the software developers in order to give affiliates more confidence. Deeper stats.

It's not a caching issue somewhere, is it? Where you see old stats and occasionally see the new states making it look like the lead appears and disappears? Caching problems can be very frustrating and tricky to diagnose.
