Pro Photographer Looking for People to Do Their Job Without Pay (Philadelphia)

I am a photographer and since people are always looking for free shoots I assume that they must also do their job, or provide their services, for free.

I am looking to hire all types of people to do all sorts of jobs for me, as long as I do not have to pay anything. Just think, you will gain more experience, and I will put the word out for you and let everyone know what wonderful work you do. This opportunity will bring you a ton of unpaid work, but everyone will love you. I do find it ridiculous here in LA when people ask other people to do shit that is their job for free. From sound mixers to cinematographers, if it's something they get paid for why should they do it for free?

There is a simple solution: don't answer the ad.

Why is an ad ridiculous because it is something that you are not in a position or are not willing to do? Somebody else out there is and will do it.

I have done free work before and have learned a lot from it, and made good connections. There are plenty of people willing to work for free in the right circumstances.
