about $1500 a month cheaper than where I live now BUT where I live now my closest neighbor is almost 100 yards away (meters?) at the beach house if you turned up the home theater the neighbors would have your ass not to mention the crazy pussy yelling when they get fucked ....

I am looking to downgrade though.... its not easy to find a cool location with seclusion :(
