Zuzana Designs 01-23-2014 06:53 AM

I told him if he borrowed my lambo he had to be careful. Drag racing and DUIs are not being careful. He's in big trouble when he gets home ;)

HelmutKohl 01-23-2014 09:17 AM

And why do you talk about that retard? Does he need more attention to show off how retarded he is ? I only hope he ends up in jail for many many years :helpme

These are some pretty serious charges, aren't they? DUI is one thing, but drag racing is another. I would love to see him do some jail time and then be deported.

dyna mo 01-23-2014 09:26 AM

Think of all the gfy hate beiber would get if he had a fountain built on his property.

Wondering if he and his friends used to talk a shit about Lindsey saying they'd never turn into a low life like that.

I'm sorry to hear, this must be very troubling for you since you bothered to post it but don't worry he'll be OK.

Wow what an asshole. Drag Racing and DUI? Geezuz.

What kills me is the last line of the article that says this won't affect immigration. If anyone else is arrested for DUI, travelling between Canada and the US is impossible. That punk will just sail through anyway.

Looks like he blew a .04

What is that...like one beer? lol

The state has a different level for "DUI" for people under the age of 21. That is pretty fucked up.
When I grew up in Fla. the drinking age WAS 18 and the alcohol level was much higher (I think it was something like .14 back then) for ALL adults. That's damn near age discrimination against an adult.

I agree Bieber is pretty dumb for doing things like this at a time when the cops have a hard on for him everywhere he goes.

But at the same time...charging him with DUI for blowing a .04??? That law is just a way to get more people (not talking about Bieber, but other ADULTS 18 to 20 years old) introduced to the penal system in the state.

How can they do that? I still don't understand how the govt. can tell a legal age adult that they can't have a drink to begin with.

And here in Vegas...a legal age adult (18, 19, 20 years old) can't gamble or even get a hotel room at a casino!

WTF? So a man could be 19 years old, have a wife and kid, own a home and a car...but can't have a drink legally. And if he does...he is held to a different standard than a 21 year old.

It's just amazing how much the govt. has slowly taken over every damn aspect of life. I guess as they just keep on passing new laws every year for decades and centuries it just creeps up like weeds.
And then if you get people in govt. that DON'T pass new laws...they are accused of "doing nothing".

I've come to the belief that we have too MANY damn laws already. And we need some legislators to get in there and start taking a lot of laws down.
Do we really need thousands of NEW laws every damn year?

That's because John Lennon had real talent and was a huge influence on society. He wanted the war ended in Vietnam and that was contradictory to what the U.S. Govt. wanted. So he was "dangerous" to the Democrats and Republicans and their defense contractor cronies.

Bieber? Not so much. :1orglaugh

While I believe these things should be regulated, remember... the youngest person ever to be executed in the US was 14!

he was drinking and hot rodding around in a car with 650 horsepower. Dude's had a driver's license for what, a couple years? Regardless of your loathing of the government, of course he should be arrested and taken off the streets for this sort of thing.

It's just weird to me how we treat grown men and women like they are children.

Hell, a century ago a 14 year old was pretty much a man. These days? A 34 year old is likely still living with his parents. :1orglaugh

If you are of legal age...old enough to vote, sign legal documents, go die in war...then the govt. shouldn't be telling you that you can't have a drink, or anything else that any other legal adult can do.

Could you imagine the law suits if this were attempted on senior citizens? Age discrimination would be instantly pulled out.

And ironically...a guy who is 20 years old can definitely handle their liquor better than some 70 year old drunk.
Being in bands for all the years I played clubs...we would go in to set up gear in the early afternoon. And there would always be a few OLD guys drinking in the bar during the day. And man they were WASTED. lol

Never said anything contrary to what you just said. READ what I said.

Yes, if you drag race and get caught you go to jail. Guys have been doing that since the first cars were made. And cops have been arresting them.

I'm talking about the law that discriminates against an adult by making a different scale for them on being charged with "DUI"
A .08 is a joke already. But they are charging ADULTS who are 18, 19, and 20 with "DUI" for blowing a .04

You better not have gargled with Listerine and get pulled over if you are an adult under 21 years old!

That was my point. Bieber isn't even on my radar or part of what I was talking about.

Drag racing is just something that a lot of young guys do. I did it. My dad did it. (In Lakeland Fla. is where I did it heh-heh)
Every buddy I had with a fast car in high school did it.

Thank goodness I never got caught.

But if I did...then yes I understand I would have been arrested.

Fuck Bieber. lol

I'm just talking about the discrimination against young adults. :)

I READ what you wrote. There's a reason the law is different for different ages. You might want to look up accident rates for different age groups and then READ what I wrote. He's a novice drinking & driving that was hot rodding a car that expert drivers say is a handful without liqour. ugh, why bother.

The Bieb is a fad that America will look back at in 10 years and shake their heads at. He'll be filthy rich and out of the closet by then. So he don't give a fuck.

I don't know why you bother either if you aren't even talking about the same thing that I am.

What you're saying isn't relevant to what I said.

Hell, there has never been a street drag race that took place WITHOUT lots of beer and liquor.
As far as being a "novice drinker"...no, he's a jackass. And again, I'm not talking about Bieber for God's sake.

I'm talking about a normal 18, 19, or 20 year old adult man.
He drinks a beer, gets pulled over. He WILL blow that ridiculous .04 and will get charged with DUI.
Effectively ruining his life and costing him a fortune.

My point is that it's discrimination against one age group of adults VS another.

You just think you read what I said. But you are obsessing over Bieber. I'm talking about a discriminatory law.
