XBiz360; Here I Come; Who's Coming too?

I'm looking forward to seeing all attendees at this year's XBiz360 starting later this week. It seems like XBiz is going all out to make this a memorable week.

At this year's event I've been invited to present at two amazing legal presentations which I can assure you will be informational, educational and fun.

On Thursday, January 23, 2014, at 10:00am, the FSC Summit presents "When the cops come knocking". Moderated by Diane Duke and panelists include, Corey Silverstein, Jeffrey Douglas and Karen Tynan.

Synopsis: This seminar will focus on preparing members of the pleasure products and adult entertainment industry on proper techniques in responding to law enforcement and/or government officials. Law enforcement can strike at any moment and adult industry members need to understand how to not prejudice themselves or improperly supply any testimony or evidence to law enforcement. Year after year, there has been a steady increase in law enforcement activity in the adult industry from agencies such as the FBI, FTC, OSHA, local police, and DHS; this seminar will explore and educate participants on some simple steps that may save you from self-incrimination.

Also on Thursday, January 23, 2014, at 2:00pm, Xbiz360 presents "Legal Update: Hot-Button Issues Impacting Adult Entertainment". Moderated by Nate Glass and panelists include, Corey Silverstein, Lawrence Walters, Marc Randazza, and Greg Piccionelli.

Synopsis: The adult entertainment industry will face a variety of legal challenges in 2014 -from the reality of Europe's move towards Internet censorship to the latest in the war against digital media piracy. Join our expert adult industry attorneys in examining the most pressing issues facing the industry in the New Year and foreseeable future, in this executive session highlighting the threats impacting adult entertainment and the regulatory landscape.

Just boggles the mind that people could name it that, never realizing that people are going to read Xbox360. I understand this is not an industry full of neurologists specializing in the brains visual system, but this seems like it would be readily apparent to anyone who saw that and read it.
