Is hard to get work on that site? What is average rate per hour? thanks

depends what you do and how good are you. but usually it takes some time that you get first job as there is plenty of fakes, especially in design, plenty of people apply for work with stolen work so people think twice before hiring someone new

I occasionally order some work, non adult, vector illustration and I pay 30 dollars for one. If you work by hour, average rate is 10$ what i see from freelancers but you can find from 3 to 20

apply for free, put some portfolio and start applying for contests so you'll see

btw. I didn't notice that you are programmer, not designer. in that case, maybe you'll get jobs on freelancer faster. people don't like to deal with unknown designers as there is plenty of scam and they try to sell you stolen work. if you can show to people what you did, someone will hire you for programming
