Major Scammer Alert - Posing as a Content Producer to Steal Money - Buyers BEWARE!!!
I don't even know where to begin.
In late-October we recieved an email from a person claiming to be a content producer using this email address: [email protected] They said they had seen our posts about needing content somewhere, but were very vague. We needed content fairly urgently, so unfortunately we did not screen this person as well as we should have admittedly. We informed them that we needed content with FILIPINA models only, as in keeping with our site's theme (www.trikepatrol.com). We deal in exclusive, filmed-in-the-Philippines amateur Filipina hardcore only, but were willing to try a US-based production group if they could come up with some amateur Filipina-American talent, and film it in a way so as to fit our site's unique theme. Of course this guy promised all of that, show supposed samples of his work, and gave us photos of a handful of Filipina talent he supposedly had on hand. We designated the 2 girls from the handful of photos he sent, as being acceptable to us, and then send him the money for the shoot. 100% up-front of course. A few weeks go by, and we begin to ask questions. Sorry, it was Thanksgiving so things got slowed. Then, before Xmas, he gives us links to download some content----and it's a short 4-min clip of a FAT-ASS ugly Chinese/Eskimo looking broad. Nowhere near what we asked for, and definitely not one of the 2 girls we approved of. Amazing bait & switch job. Then goes on to claim the girl in the 4-min clip was indeed Filipina....but only partially, she was Taiwanese too. Regardless, she was neither of the 2 he showed us before we sent him the money. Both of which were nice sexy hot Filipina girls for sure. We know Filipinas, believe me. There's no pissing down our back and telling us it's raining Filipinas like this guy was trying to do. So then he says "Oh, those two girls couldn't do the shoot. One refused to shoot for your site, and the other was pregnant." More time passes. The holidays. The New Year. Then he sends us some more photos of some Asian looking girls. None look really Filipina to us, but one is fairly hot, named Alexis, so we say shoot her and we'll be done with this. A few more weeks of stalling pass. Finally, he claims they were going to film yesterday, tonight and tomorrow. Inexplicably, he sends emails about shooting the other girls in the photos that we did not approve of. No Alexis. I reply saying we told you only Alexis. He responds back just tonight saying them filmed the other girl last nite, and tried to film Alexis tonight but it was a no-go for some unexplained reason. Attaches a video file in the email which is like 40 seconds long and is just a clip of some guy jerking off behind some fat girl's ass. Probably the same fat Asian as before. So this is definitely a scammer. It's pretty pathetic that people are so hard up now in 2014 they need to resort to this as a business model. We've never dealt with US-based producers before so shame on us for getting duped this first time. For years, we've only dealt with low-life 3rd World tourists on vacation in Asia looking to make a buck, and we've NEVER had such an outrageously fraudulent experience. Sure, some of their content was crap, but at least they were honest and tried to deliver something. I just want to warn any site or program owner out there about this scumbag. Again, his email is [email protected], and he was also using "Zummec Entertainment" and "XCC Entertainment". We're a well-established and reputable program and have dealt with dozens of producers. We have no reason to lie or exaggerate the facts. This really happened. You've been informed. |
Shit man, sorry to hear you got scammed man :(
I want to add this fucker to my forever growing scammer/blacklist, u ok with that? |
Yes, I'm very OK with that. Name and shame him.
He also goes by "carladult" and "carlton". We've dealt with a lot of shady characters over the years but have never had such a problem. Total charlatan this one is. Interesting biz model. Can really only strike once per victim. I guess the name of the game is getting as many victim's as possible. How lucrative could it really be though? Rest assured, we're taking the appropriate legal and administrative actions so the end result will be a bit fat zero or worse for this person in our case. I just wanted to get the word out to prevent anyone else from going though our headache with this tool-bag. |
the same?

I'm just reporting what our experience was. It's up to you to make the decision. I'm curious to know though - how did he contact you? Or did you contact him? I'm wondering where this person came from. He just contacted us out of the blue, and like I said, was very vague about where he heard of or saw our program. If you don't want to reply here, just shoot me an email at support at vdbucks dot com. |

Capt Kawaii, Could be. Not sure. I saw the same thing. There's also a biz listing in Florida under than XCC Entertainment name too. Still unsure whether this person is an out-an-out scammer/thief or just a totally incompetent wannabe. One things for certain though - he's had our money for over 2 months now and we have nothing but excuses, delays and crap to show for it. Definitely not a professional reliable producer at best; at worst, a thieving, conniving scamming P-O-S. |

It's really a shame people can't just be honest and do good honest work. The World would be a better place. |
Hey buddy thanks for the heads up on that as I did get an inquiry a couple months back but the content wasn't what I was looking for.
|
That blows but thanks for the wise look out
|
Why do you "of course pay 100% up front"? That just seems like a complete disaster to me.
Been doing this a long time and the best piece of advice I can give without hesitation is never pay up front, especially to people you don't know, but even to those that might come recommended. Even with long standing producers that we trust I wouldn't do that. It is just asking for trouble. Solid producers worth their salt don't work that way. :2 cents: Hopefully in the great scheme of things it was a small price to pay for a vital lesson learned, albeit the hard way. |

And as of today, still nothing from this person. Basically just took our money. He could've achieved the same thing if he walked up to us in a dark alley with a ski-mask and gun and mugged us in person. Unbelievable. |
update on 14feb14:
This person still has our money and still has not delivered anything. Pretty safe to assume this is an out-an-out thief. Won't happen again with us. Tough lesson to learn, but well-learned. Sad to see that 3rd world mostly-broke Expats are more trustworthy than U.S. based folks claiming to be content producers. I'm sure he'll go far in life. |
all the best :( bump for you
