Man, what's up with all the geezer action movies? Indiana "Grampa" Jones. Mad "Adult Diapers" Max. King "Saggy Boobs" Conan.

Now Conan is a great series that I hope they don't fuckin ruin!

Mad Max: Fury Road

Mad Max II: The Road Warrior

... has the greatest actions sequences ever filmed. That final car chase with the tanker truck goes on for something like 20 mins and out did every action film that came before and since, imho. It was only until Saving Private Ryan (storming the beach) and the Matrix in 1999 that we finally saw some action with similar "wow" factor.

And who could forget the Lord Humongous of the Wasteland and his "dog of war", Wez.

I look forward to MM IV even if it is 20% as good as II

I'd be furious, too, if they were dragging my 50-year-old ass back to the desert to make yet another sequel. Mel is like the king of sequels. Four Lethal Weapon movies, now four Mad Max movies...

I'm just being ornery, though :) I like Mel Gibson and will probably go see this movie because I liked the earlier films in the series.
