They have GEO targeting, Browser based targeting, Device targeting and lot more features. I have generated good revenue with them advertising my affiliate links.

We have 2 publishers, all of our own sites and porntube.com/4tube.com - that is it, we built the system from the ground up to sell our own traffic but the opportunity to work with the owner of those two sites was interesting to us.
