When Rebills exceed Signups
 

Is it common for your rebills to eventually exceed your signups? We average 50 signups a day, but our rebills are now exceeding that daily. Perhaps we need more people promoting the site so we can break the 50 signup a day plateau that we've had like forever?

I realize Im just a mere TGP guy, and 50 signups is a whole lot more than I will ever see... but isnt 50 signups pretty low for a site that has hundreds of galleries and banners posted all over the place?

Lagwagon (chris) takes care of the affiliate stuff, I do the actual content & members area. Just that from what I see, I'd like to see more than usual 10,000 unique visitors/day come to our site.

When I hear people sending 50k visitors a day to sites it makes my mouth water....

What I am merely doing a piss poor job of pointing out is that if their rebills did NOT exceed their initial joins after a certain point in their sales, no one would be staying very long.

most days i send a good 30% of that 50 :Graucho

1/10,000 to 1/15,000 uniques a day avg 50 signups, I guess thats a 1/250 or so ratio. Pornkings, exit traffic means if we send you 10,000 exit traffic, you would send 10,000 back?

I've heard that some sites do 1/100 or 1/50 conversions, but I have to see it to believe it. Well, I've done my best to make the site as attractive to browsers as possible in my power.

i always say that .25 rebills per new sale is GREEAT! so if you're making 100 new joins a day and you have 25 rebills a day.. you're on your way to riches! ;-)

you add popups... you are just another site like the Pornkings cookie cutter clones.

Sure adding exits may be seem like a good way to increase your sales... but being most of your traffic is coming in from us mesley TGP guys, you may want to think things over.

I'll make sure lagwagon reads this post... he's out partying so I reared my ugly head into GFY tonight.

Our other way of getting traffic is doing members' section exchange of goodies, like we have with explicite.com .

we convert 1/40 on tgp traffic with our Porn4abuck program no bullshit.

and yes I will match whatever you send me.
example I send CEN like 150 sales a day its called the big boys network all the top sponsors swap traffic.
This way if I don't have a certain webmaster in my program i'll still get his traffic of one of the big boys:winkwink:

just make sure its Like $29.47 since nothing comes out to .99 or .95 because of tax

onther option is $20 or $40 dollars straight up so it looks like a atm withdrawl or fast cash from an atm

both these methods will increase your rebills by about 10%

Ok well enough of that.

There is a reason that pop up consoles are used by all the sites doing thousands of joins a day. They work.

With that said you should look into offering both the console and the non console version and letting your affiliates choose, with different pay rates for each, of course.

we have a program that only has one exit as well called speedball and it pays $40 per trial
we are also launching a porn4abuck program without exits do to webmasters request.

as far as paysites go we have a site called megaporn which has all our content for $6.95 a month that rebills at $6.95 and it rebills the same as our full price sites with the same content. go figure

If you are not making the best use of ALL your traffic then you just are not being a responsible, bottom line minded webmaster. One thing I have learned is to do my best to capitalize on all my traffic. Give credit to the affiliates your first exit that promotes your sites, then if you cant catch them there.... find sme programs that will. Its just being smart.

Our site cost is 29.95 and we rebill at 29.95 We convert better with the higher rebill for whatever reason.

Thank you for saying that. I've been trying to tell everyone that the price isn't as important as they thing it is but I just get flamed for being an ignorant newbie.

Once again as in any business of a direct sales nature PRICE ISN'T THAT IMPORTANT. Now There is a limit to that but $40 isn't breaking anyones back.

Let me throw in a question (in hopes this thread stays semi-serious).

Has anyone successfully gone over the $40 mark. I know some of the paysites tied into the free avs systems are around $49.95 like http://www.sexgiant.com

Is that a viable price point?
