Its high quality english speaking traffic for the most part.

well as a tube im thinking this is around 600,000 uniques a month in initial traffic. wonder what the % of return visits would be based on that original number

With this, you may as well have the unique opportunity to test your own offers aka something you always thought could sell but never got the chance to test that out. That my be pushing somethings other's don't or in a way they don't do that, or coming up with own concept.

If you're at liberty to use 20k uniques a day that's already enough to test out and observe the behaviour / buying patterns.

Without knowing much in particular about the traffic, what it is looking for, this may as well be a great opportunity to find out. Basically I would try to build up anything out of the box and see if it shows acceptable progress.

I have about three ideas lined up, I didn't make any projections yet, but this would be exactly the perfect way to see if it has potential to deliver.

try to monetize it directly... if nothing works just sell them at $5/k and make a $100 a day...

I'd actually pay the person sending those uniques, per signup.

20,000 uniques of what though? 20,000 uniques of US/UK/Can/FR/DE traffic is usable.
20,000 uniques of Indian/CN/PK/TW is just going to give you a bandwidth bill.

I just read your messages.

I would create a website, we need to earn money from all type of visitors:

1.- who clicks on the photos/banners (for this we can use plugrush or we can affiliate for some tube like redtube, when a user clicks on a photo then we redirect to it and earn some money)
2.- who enter the website and then leave the website (we can use juicyadds or ero-advertising)
3.- who clicks and buy some products (we can use crakrevenue)
