I drove through Nevada to get to Vegas last Friday... Passed by a sign saying "This is a nuclear test site". Sort of makes you wonder.

I passed not far from Area 51 too.

Heh-heh...it's one of my guilty pleasures too.

I don't believe a lot of it obviously, but they show a lot of really cool ancient paintings, sculptures, and buildings that are pretty neat.

My favorite line is when the announcer says about 100 times in every show: "Some ancient alien theorists believe..."

Total guilty pleasure. LOL I like how the announcer always puts the emphasis on 'terrestrial' when he says 'extraterrestial beings'. SO dramatic. LOL

(And, if you listen very closely, when Giorgio says 'extraterrials' he actually says 'EXTAterrestrials'. Love it.)

You just know Giorgio gets all the pussy with that crazy ass hair!

In fact, Some ancient alien theorists believe that Giorgios hair could have been brought here by visitors from another universe...lol

It's naive and extremely arrogant to think we're alone in the universe or that we are the most intelligent beings in it. We don't even know what creatures are in the deepest parts of our own oceans yet, but we think we know it all about outer space.

It's also naive and extremely arrogant to think we are so much more intelligent than ancient man. The engineers of the time were just as creative and capable as today's enterprising dot.com developers, the only difference being they lacked the available technology. I would say about 99% of the historians believe all ancient structures were built by man without any help from ET.

Not believing in UFOs does not equate to believing we are alone in the universe. Only, an acceptance of the great physical barriers of contact with another advanced race due to the sheer distance between habitable planets.

True but there could very possibly be life that elsewhere and over the billions of years the universe has existed so far their could be alien species who have discovered how to travel large distances by altering the physical world as we crudely understand with our rudimentary understanding of atom and sub-atomic physics.

We just don't know and as there is actually no real evidence to support the theory we must draw the logical conclusion that they have not visited and did not assist early man in any way.

Lol I'm actually watching Ancient Aliens Debunked right now. I love AA though. My favorite was when they said "The burning bush in the Bible...was it perhaps an alien spaceship? Carl Sagan debunked this in the 70's with a documentary and even Von Daniken said some of the things he wrote was wrong in the Sagan documentary. Now he's back to saying them again. :1orglaugh

They found new info on Mars so this is why they are revisiting old theories.

Or whatever. It's true! It's ALL TRUE!!!! LOL

I don't believe for a second alien life forms have ever visited earth.

But, was at a magic convention this weekend and someone said something interesting.

Due to light speed, when we look at the sun, we see it 8 minutes ago. OK. Nothing freaky about that. It's science.

However, if an alien life form was 26 million light years away from earth and looked at earth now, they'd be looking at dinosaurs.

Kinda spun me out a little!

The shows facts are rubbish but 'Aliens' must be out there given the Math.

So many Stars with so many planets, so many Galaxies.

More Stars and Galaxies than grains of Sands on all of Earths Beaches.

To dismiss all UFO sightings some from trained observers, Military & Civilian Personnel & Pilots right here on our little rock is also ignorant.

It would be cool if we could see some in our lifetimes although they probably turn out to be Resource Hunters with far superior Tech & Arms who would rather eradicate and/or eat us than meet us :(

I actually think aliens could be hiding behind the sun so they wouldn't have to travel millions of miles from some distant Galaxy. But then again I also believe that weird Maldovian chick I fucked last week was an alien, too, given her enormous blue-colored clit and three nipples. Damn those West End pubs! :D

Its a great series. Some things are a little questionable but there is a lot of logic behind it!

I would take it one step further to say that since the earth is over 4.5 billion years old and there have been a number of mass extinction level events, we may not have been the most advanced civilization that have existed on earth.

I love Ancient Aliens I watch it all the time late at night while working on my sites with my netbook, that big hair dude is a genius for making all that money promoting such made up BS. I wish I could be a writer on that show I know I could come up all kinds of great conspiracies for the broadcasts. Oh yeah and I had a real UFO encounter back in the mid eighties with a friend of mine, saw the spaceship up close and everything so I do believe. However we were stoned out of our minds and a little drunk so no one took us seriously.
