WTB Strategic Hardlinks
 

We are looking for hardlinks on sites that get traffic...we prefer sites with Alexa's less than 1.5 million, and the lower the better. If you have a site that gets lots of traffic and have never sold links before but have been considering it, we want to talk with you. Although we do take page rank into account, traffic is our main concern in deciding which sites we'd like to buy links on. Yes, we do have the budget to buy links on sites that have never sold links before.

Please, no networks. Invariably, someone sends me a list of hundreds of sites and claims that their network gets 100k visitors per day, or something such. We do not buy on networks so no need to waste your time putting anything together and sending them to me.

I have PR1 that is alexa 1,513,875 but have 900 UV daily and 90% of that is from SE ,will give you access to stats.

you can always use the less expensive backlinks to backlink the websites that link to your main site.

example: if you create a blog and fill it with articles that link to your money site, you could then use the less expensive links to get the blog backlinked and save the more expensive links for your money site.
