Paxum doesn't answer to tickets?
I've created 3 tickets in my paxum account support section. No any answer until now?

They are probably all at Vegas right now

They answered to my support ticket in a few hours, but they don't seem to know an exact time for when my problem will be solved. I can't withdraw money to my external credit card and I really don't want to order their Mastercard if it'll take 3 months to arrive. Anyway, hope they will have a great time in Vegas :D

my support ticket was answered in a few hours but that was a few months ago, great customer service.
CPAK, when did you open the tickets? we are sunday evening now I hope you are not expecting an answer during the weekends.... |

Mon-Fri 00:00-23:59 EST Sat-Sun 07:00-15:00 EST Live Agent Phone Support. But that does not mean that CPAK should get an answer in 5 minutes as you claim. I have no idea what his problem is and if it needs any investigation or research with any third party that takes days, or he had a simple question that could be answered in 5 minutes as you claim. When you call your brick and mortar bank to ask for example a trace on a wire transfer that is late, even if they were to have 24/7 customer support even for weekends and I doubt that very much, they will just tell you they will investigate and will take several days for your bank to contact the intermediary banks to see where the wire is at and put a trace on it. I can guarantee you will not get an answer in 5 minutes. And also I would guarantee that you will not come to GFY and bitch about it either. |
