Paxum doesn't answer to tickets?
 
I've created 3 tickets in my paxum account support section. No any answer until now?

You think there are only a couple people that work there?

I find it pretty common to wait 2-3 days or more for replies. The second you post here though, they'll reply right away, and then post on here, acting like they replied earlier in the day.

They answered to my support ticket in a few hours, but they don't seem to know an exact time for when my problem will be solved. I can't withdraw money to my external credit card and I really don't want to order their Mastercard if it'll take 3 months to arrive. Anyway, hope they will have a great time in Vegas :D

my support ticket was answered in a few hours but that was a few months ago, great customer service.

CPAK, when did you open the tickets? we are sunday evening now I hope you are not expecting an answer during the weekends....

that would be sad. But im sure its just about on point. I dont think they have some big staff of all kinds of customer support people that sit and work on tickets all day except a few people. Thats just my opinion based on what seems to go on with them. Again this is just my opinion I could be wrong. But it would be really sad for a company that has something to do with peoples finances to not have a direct support line for people to talk to 24/7 and a 5-10 minute response time on tickets. Again just my opinion. I would never put myself in a position where I needed Paxum support.

Why the fuck wouldn't he get an answer on a Sunday. First you say good service, then you say they wont respond on the weekend. You are an idiot. Although I do believe there support is open on weekends and you are wrong.

you are right, paxum has customer support during weekends here what the contact page shows:
Mon-Fri
00:00-23:59 EST
Sat-Sun
07:00-15:00 EST
Live Agent Phone Support.

But that does not mean that CPAK should get an answer in 5 minutes as you claim. I have no idea what his problem is and if it needs any investigation or research with any third party that takes days, or he had a simple question that could be answered in 5 minutes as you claim.

When you call your brick and mortar bank to ask for example a trace on a wire transfer that is late, even if they were to have 24/7 customer support even for weekends and I doubt that very much, they will just tell you they will investigate and will take several days for your bank to contact the intermediary banks to see where the wire is at and put a trace on it. I can guarantee you will not get an answer in 5 minutes. And also I would guarantee that you will not come to GFY and bitch about it either.

i put a ticket in on friday and got a response yesterday. so they are there
