Do you tax the earnings you make online through your blog??
 

Thought I'd ask and see how many of you out there do. I'm debating about blogging again now that I have a little free time. To some of you this may come off as a dumb question. Like anything though not everyone taxes all there earnings.

You may not tax it, but if it makes over $600/yr, the IRS will tax it.

It's income regardless of what you do to earn $.

Well speaking about company and taxes reminds me of something i did few months ago. Ive been reading and searching info about how can i received an non-refundable amount from local government for a new project of mine. The first step was to set up the firm which i did in a week and then to submit the project. While working on the project with a management company to help me out to build the business plan there was an inspection, ending with a fine. My first ticket assume there will be more soon or later.
Funny part is i have never paid taxes in 10 years of business, all cash was collected from my bank account without any problem and i received a ticket in less than a month after got registered my company.
Im thinking registered my own company might be a bad decision for me.

Why wouldn't you pay taxes? Are blogs the same as churches now?
