Promotional Video With Real Models Needed

The does NOT have to be naked, its fine if she's just wearing a sexy/revealing outfit.

You quoted me $400 for one 10 second clip, I told you I was not interested because that was nearly 10 times what other people have quoted me so far.

I'm still looking to have this job done, I've spoken to a few people so far. Basically right now I'm talking to different people getting their quote + seeing the models they have and then I will pick who I'll be working with.

another person just contact me and said the same thing, sure i told him 400 for the shoot, one clip ten clips, how much you think a good looking girl would want? I know a few in the south with a few teeth that might do it for $25.

I would have quoted you the same number if not more. But then again, that's why I typically do not troll GFY looking for new clients or reply to most threads like this.

The absolute minimum I pay any model is $200.00 and even that isn't very often. I refuse to "piggyback" a shoot off of a decent paying client's dollars to make an extra couple bucks from a $40.00 video. That's just a stupid greedy action that will end up pissing off a good client....And for what? You're one time $40 shoot? Fuck that. :321GFY

There are definitely guys here who run their businesses that way and/or who will take every lousy paying gig so they can continue playing producer. When you're ready to hire a Pro, come back to this thread and get Nickey's contact info. :2 cents:

$400 each is a great price. I certainly wouldn't do it for any less based on 10 girls. You will not get anything of any quality for less. Models need to be paid, need a location to shoot them, makeup, time and editing. Plus usage of camera and lighting gear. :2 cents:

Your mistake is in thinking the price can be segmented per second. There is a cost to getting a model, location, equipment, etc ready to shoot. If a shoot for ten seconds cost $400 that doesn't mean a shoot for thirty seconds cost $1,200 based on it being 3x the duration. You aren't paying for the size of the file, you are paying for the setup and logistics.

Buy a full scene, so all the expenses are already paid for, then ask the shooter to also film a ten second spot with the same girl, same location, same gear already in place for the main shoot you ordered... Most won't charge you $400 for that, or $40 for that... They'll throw it in for free because you are piggybacking ten seconds of work onto your own shoot.

If that doesn't work for you, take a model release and your iPhone to the airport and film them yourself. Most people are idiots, will sign anything you put in front of them and say whatever you want to your iPhone camera for forty bucks. Best of luck.

Like I said other people have quoted me a lot less then $400 for one 10 sec clip and the girls they showed me where just as hot as what Nickey showed me.

I disagree that i will not get quality for under $400 man.

The people who have quoted me so far told me they would have the 10 sec clip done by a model that they where already planning to shoot after they finish...obviously no one is just going to bring in a model to shoot a 10 sec clip
