How do I do this Web Design trick?

Inline page scrolling anyone?

Other then flash or frames, how do i achieve the affect of page scrolling within a page?

Jesus here is a side note...ive never played battlefield 1942 but by the look of the screenshots you can be tank, plane or person...that looks like a pretty wicked game.

It looks like layers (DHTML). You can try the I-F-R-A-M-E tag too.
