I think I want to enjoy the fruits of my labor myself, or at least try to. Anyone got any good advice about the minimum equipment I'll need for simple, stationary bj scenes?

yep- buy a book or read a forum about cinematography. Particularly lighting. You can film a simple bj on your iPhone and have it look good if you understand lighting.
Lighting and having depth to the background. Two important things a lot of producers in porn either dont understand or dont care about when they should.

Even though you can shoot "ex gf style" all day long with an iphone or a flip hd, having a pair of lights and a decent looking camera will go a long way with the girls impressions when they show up :2 cents:

Whatever prosumer camera you decide on, throw a wide angle lens or at least a lens hood on, and a shotgun mic. Looks like a decent rig :thumbsup
