Email him letting him know you are aware of what he has done and how it violates your copyrights. If he opts to remove it voluntarily it will be less aggravation for you both.

I've had several attempts at copying my site and content. A couple of times the folks were decent enough to remove the content after I contacted them. Others (including a fellow GFYer) I had to get the host involved. Only once did I have to resort to filing removal requests with the search engines.
