A website's TOS/AUP policy is copyright content of that site's owners.

How is copy n' paste any different for that copyright content than your copyright video content?

I thought copyright was that person's property?

Is that only true when it is your property?

It's different because 99% of them did the same thing. Also most CMS's and content platforms have boilerplate docs included.

Even the lawyers do it to each other. So even if you're paying you could be just absolving yourself of the responsibility of copyright infringement.
