Recommendations Needed: Simple Multi-Blog CMS
Haven't blogged in several years, but I'm thinking about building a new niche blog network for 2014. Looking for simplicity and want to avoid bloated software.
Ideally it would be setup on a central hub with all the other domains powered off of it. http://myhub.com <---- CMS running here and powering/managing all the blogs below. http://niche1.com http://niche2.com http://niche3.com Back in the day, BlogsOrganizer was pretty good. Ugly as fuck, but relatively simple to setup a lot of blogs fast. I'm sure it's wildly outdated and unusable now. (?) CyberSEO looks pretty nice, but I hesitate to use Wordpress because it's way too bloated and cumbersome, IMO. Fishing around for ideas. |
build a custom software for your blog?

Very fucking funny.
What do I look like, a programmer? ...just kidding. |
get something custom made or go bloated wordpress which is overkill for simple blog.

Do you know all of them? Never really used something else than WP

i found a couple of what i hope are lighter weight php blog scripts at activecaynon.com
i will be trying some out soon. |
I have my own which i will soon release as open source tho first i need to fix some bugs.
You can also peak here: http://www.opensourcecms.com/scripts...category=Blogs ,it have 16 different scripts but not sure does any of them have support for multi blogging. |
