What kind of traffic convert better for a cam site ?
I tested some traffic but with not so good results.

Actual "Clicked" traffic from high quality GEO seems to work the best for everything. Made sales from PopUnder etc... but high quality GEO targeted "Clicked" generally produces the best results.

I tried plugrush, i got some results with desktop plug traffic but the problem is that they send me 70% hits with 0sec on site and 100% bounce. And from the other 30%, half is mobile traffic.

Depends if you want be paid per free lead or per paid signup too.

Cam site review sites, and cam site top/links lists convert best.
Or setup a chatroulette / omegle clone where people can chat for free, and put banners around there.

I started with PPL programs to see some money first. From january maybe we will start promote the PPS programs.
Chatroulette script is a good ideea but i don't see yet a very good way to monetize it.

I'm working on SEO right now, i only started about 3 weeks doing this and I know it will be a long long way to $$$.

SE traffic is good, as well as people coming from social media sites.
As for popunders, we have good volumes at Trafficshop, the traffic converts in many geos. Hit me up to discuss.

We do sell a lot of traffic for cam sites. However, not everyone buying traffic from us (or anyone else) is successful. You can lose money very fast if you don't have a good plan to test and convert traffic.

Also, trafficshop is good for popunders, we purchased tons before from theirs, up to crash our servers :)
