Nothing is free, even if you build it yourself. You should consider that your time costs you something. If you literally cannot afford to pay even $100 to setup your site, you might have to do everything on your own. Fortunately there are numerous frameworks in existence that will help make virtually everything painless.

Well there are literally thousands of good free WP themes and literally hundreds of free great themes. For various sorts of sites. Nothing strange to think there may be some free one suited for directory. As someone already stated there was one.

What about all the user management? Escorts, Escort agencies to add all their profiles? They all need to log in and edit their profile. YOu also have all the different categoies and locations to mange and search filters. The you have the advertising part, banner manager, adult clubs
By the time you've hacked all of the above together to get anyhing even boardering on a good site, you'll have spent a LOT of time or a LOT of money.

Agencies, yes, they can work in WP easy enough but still have a lot of work to get all the elements needed to run a good agency together.
