A good list of legal tube sites?

Hi all,
Does anyone know of a good list of legal tube sites, where we can submit videos for inclusion on the site, where they will offer a link back to our sites (aff link is fine)?

people still use the term legal?

"illegal" tube sites have been around for 6+ years. they are not going anywhere. They are legal.
