Damned Wachovia and Wells Fargo
I got a mortgage for my grandmother from Wachovia thinking they were a solid company that'd be good to deal with. They weren't. Then they end up selling the loan to Wells Fargo- even damned worse. I have to help make the payment on it, even though I have 100 other obligations right now.... so I was a month behind. It's a $532 payment. In total there was $1067 past due ($500 and some plus this month's payment)
Well in the past 5 weeks I've taken them $600 once, $450 another time and my mother took them $800 just a few days ago. So what happens today? Some huge scary looking man comes banging on the door, scares my grandmother to death, and gives her a notice saying that she should "contact her mortgage servicer immediately" Wonderful The loan is current PLUS a couple of hundred paid AHEAD and they do THAT Now I'm going to be a week trying to explain it to my grandmother over and over and over and OVER again I all but live here AS IT IS I can't leave my family alone for TWO minutes without something happening I swear |
Ah, meanwhile, my sister is about to have her baby and I got rick rolled AGAIN
YaY If all of this wasn't comical I'd have a stroke |
Verify that the loan is current with them just to make sure there isn't something you are missing. Wells Fargo took over the Wachovia lproperties.
|
Lots of place don't take partial payments but out them in escrow. Check on that.
|
Dude you need to get your life in order.. you have way too much shit going on... :(

Wachovia is stupid. They lost my authorization 100 times. The one that allows me to talk to them about the note without having her on the phone. Wells fargo has continued that tradition. Then they got a fortune from the government to lower everyone's home loan rates. We tried for a loan modification for THREE YEARS of endless paperwork and phone calls and were promised a 3% rate. After it was all over they cut a QUARTER POINT for her. YAY you bastads |

Cases out of two different states, a grandmother to look out for, my sister now continuing our bloodline, and on and on and on It's a good thing that I am me because no one else I know could possibly handle all of this Preceeding this I took care of a sick crazy bitch (my woman) and then I ended up getting caught up with one who turned into a pillhead It's been crazy a crazy couple of years Ever since I'm old enough to talk, the whole family has counted on me to solve all problems and referee them I am too good of a person I have learned some big lessons for sure |
They suck as well as Bank of Nazi America...Bank of America is run by nothing more than filth and scum and hopefully some day they will get their asses force fed to them.
FUCK BANK OF AMERICA AND WELLS FARGO.......................:321GFY |

So now- the mortgage payments are all made- it is current 100%- and there is $190 "lost in space" so our next payment will be $3xx Edit- Well, the next payment is still $532 but I only have to pay the $3xx in order to end up making a full payment since what is lost in space will then be applied to the note along with it |

Poor Bettylu. :disgust

Crazy that banks expect you to make your loan payments on time, as you fully agreed to do. Clearly they are in the wrong.

Why send a thug to scare the christ out of a little old lady when the mortgage is 100% current + some? What in all hell is the point of THAT? |

Quote:
Pure genius There is no excuse for them sending some thug to do that AFTER the mortgage has been current for several days Period |

See how that works? |
Quote:
That's about right No one will believe someone like me and you'll all fall for the next scam to come along Funny how that works |

They fucked up when I was closing escrow and it was delayed for a few days. To make it up they paid the first month on the mortgage and finalized the paperwork by having a notary come to me. Only time I had to go somewhere was when going to the escrow company to pickup a check :thumbsup Pickup the phone and call WellsFargo, you need to explain to them that they are not living up to your standards. I'm sure they'll make it right again for you :2 cents: |
Your life is non stop troubles. How is that possible? Its against all odds unless you make them on purpose.

If some math guy followed me around and calculated the chances and odds of what does and does not happen to me, I'd break the calculator in terms of how much bad "luck" there is with me |
If the mortgage was recently sold then payments paid to the first company haven't been accounted for with the second.

Nice of you to do that for her but remember that no good deed goes un punished.
For anyone defending the banks. Remember the people they have screwed without the peoples help. |
Google Wells Fargo, they have a lot of complaints and fines relating to their mortgage practices. You need to really be on top of your game with this company. A common complaint is they will hold depositing a check until after the due date then give you a late payment. Since you believe you paid on time you will make the next payments not knowing they have charged you with a late payment. Then they will put you in foreclosure and when you call they will say the payment does not count unless it included the "late payment fees". To get out of the foreclosure proceedings they want $1500. Do what I do, send all payments with a signed receipt with the post office. It's a hassle, going to the post office every month, but as soon as I did that all their little tricks stopped. Read all the complaints against them, you will feel lucky compared to other's horror stories.

come on guys he makes this shit up for attention. He has the same problem as johnnyclips.
Since when does a bank send someone to your house when you are a month late? NEVER. That is a huge waste of time and money. Here is the truth. He lives with mommy and she gave him the money to go make the payments. He went and bought some magic beans and some beer with the money. Well after doing this for several months they sent someone to get the fuck out |
@mrmaxwell you should have kept thefredknows.com with a PayPal donate link. You'd be rolling about now

If they keep on fighting and causing problems I won't be around to help much longer anyway. I've had 15 years of this shit, I'm about done. |

Put a security camera covering her front door area, people will be a lot nicer.:2 cents:

Based on the obvious sarcasm one can conclude that most of your family thinks you're a piece of shit. More or less like the majority of us feel. The number of people who dislike you is kinda funny. They range from strangers you've never met to those who are your own blood. Perhaps it's time to take a good look at yourself instead of always pointing the finger at others? |

I am so sick of people bailing on property that went down. The same would scream murder if the bank sold their property and keep the profit if the property went up. |

. To he fair however, As his posts have clearly indicated, we'll all be paying for him no matter what,... likely for his entire life. |
all banks suck, all they want is your fees and zero service , welcome to 2013

No one said that they don't like me
They like me fine I'm too useful to not like You morons have no idea of what you're talking about No one pays for me |
Mortgage
Actually her mortgage was sold into a 'Mortgage Backed Security.' At that point, the chain of title becomes clouded. Ask your attorney to research n Willey v. W.J. Hoggson Corporation, 90 Fla. 343, 106 So. 408 (1925),
Wells Fargo et. al. sold off the mortgage to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. Unless ALL of the holders of interest in the MBS sue they can't come to court. See Landmark Nat?l Bank v. Kesler, 2009 Kan. LEXIS 834 (Aug 28, 2009)--- Only the real party in interest can come to court. I know I give you a lot of grief on GFY, but your aunt does have a case here. I have yet to see a mortgage company not violate the National Mortgage Settlement Agreement. Post something here and I'll get back with you. I have several people i the same boat. More suits help all. |
Maxwell get with me
You mentioned a KC paper route. Are you coming to KC?
Seriously, this problem with the house, banks seem to say "GFY" if your one minute late. As I said there is help. If you're coming to KC, I'll buy you lunch to discuss your family's house. I know this sounds like smoke, but hey at worst you get a free lunch and the possibility of saving the house. |
WellsFargo did not buy the loan from Wachovia. In 2008, Wells Fargo & Company acquired Wachovia Corporation.
