Working on another sucess story...
Guess with who?
So far they didn't read the ticket completely the first time and though I asked for them to do BEFORE responding. They wrote what I sent was "distorted". Since I didn't type in any language other than English and spelled my software's name correctly and it came by ticket not a crumpled fax it looks as though they are using their support ticket scrambler again. |
As expected problem not fixed.

Just an update...4 days in and my problem is still the same.
14 updates to the ticket, wasted hours of work on my end and they just can not fix the issue on 1 sticking account (all the others are fine). 6 years of few problems. Some sites and accounts never an issue. The past 4 years have just gone downhill. |
