Recieving CreditCard payments through PayPal?
 

I'm about to recieve a credit card payment through paypal, but it seems like the buyer has to register as a paypal user to be able to pay me?

Does the person who is about pay me need to become a paypal member?

Not as long as you have a Paypal Small Business account. At least that is my understanding. I've accepted CC, thru the SB setup and the customers were not Paypal memebrs.
