Anybody Having This Problem with Paxum?

I have the following problem on my Paxum: Im trying to Transfer Funds from my Master Card back back to my Checking USD account, but it doesn't let me. In the drop down menu in the Transfer Funds page it only shows Checking, there is option to select Master Card.

A friend of mine checked and he has has the same issue. Anyone else?

Sent a ticket about 20 + hours ago and got no response.

I think the issue Master Card to Checking still "on progress" of resolving since last couple of weeks now. I believe it has been announced here in GFY.

I just know you can't transfer back from Card to wallet any more...

Good morning?

This hasn't been working for months.

I don't care at all as I don't use this feature but some people complained on here.

I figured, thanks for the replies.

I hardly ever use this feature ever, that's why I just noticed it now. Still, sometimes you need to do it. Very weird that they turned it off. And according to some lame explanation by Chris (on another thread), it's because the competition doesn't allow it either. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

PornDude 12-17-2013 06:46 AM

Why would competition allow this?

With Payoneer you don't need to transfer funds from wallet to credit card, but it works out of the box.

Problem with Paxum is; you cannot transfer funds to other Paxum accounts once you transferred money to your Paxum credit card.

No idea why it's so complicated.

be careful talking about paxum could get you banned

I've had a positive experience with Paxum up until now. But this really pisses me off.

All good for me with paxum:thumbsup

J. Falcon ,
this has been disabled for awhile now. The method we used to do this is no longer an option as it is with other services like ours.

Regards
Chris

I really don't care what other services like yours do, since I don't use them. That is not much of an explanation either, as to why you would shut off such an important feature.

Pornopat 12-17-2013 07:34 AM

If that was my only problem with paxum I would consider myself lucky

J Falcon ,

As I already stated - the method we used to allow this is no longer allowed. You guys are tired of hearing "its the other guys fault " but anything that is done with our card are rules based down to us by our bank. That simple. The way we had it set up to allow it - they no longer allow it so we can not offer it currently.

I personally enjoyed the feature myself but not much we can do.

Regards
Chris

Well, that's a better explanation. :2 cents:

Would love to get this feature back

I can't withdraw to my CC. It is sad ... I have money in my account and want it in my CC.

postalsex 12-17-2013 11:15 AM

It has been disabled for month now, nothing new. From what I understand is again that shitty belize bank waking up one day changing the rules. A chance I don't need that often at all.

rockeru 12-17-2013 12:40 PM

I've been trying since yesterday to withdraw funds from checking to my external debit card and I get this error:

Service temporary restricted. Please try again later.

Will this be enabled again or is it disabled for good? Because of this I can't get my money in time for Christmass :(
